Many email clients don’t support custom fonts, so you’re limited to a small subset available pre-installed on the computer. With this Kit app you can choose from 100+ Google Fonts to use in your emails by easily rendering them as images. This is great for custom headers or a custom signature in your emails.

The app will create a custom content block in your email (simple type “/custom” to quickly access the app) that will render any text as an image in the custom font. You can customize font, color, size, alignment, and padding.

There are a couple limitations to be aware of:

1) While these images do have alt text, keep in mind that I text in images is not as accessible as plain text. 2) Rendering text as images will increase the file size of your images. I’d recommend using it for headers and small sections of text. 3) This app currently has 100 Google Fonts available. You can view them here. If there’s a font you’d like please reach out.
