Want to join us on this mission?
Kit is a powerful marketing platform built for creators, by creators. We’re on a mission to help creators earn $1B using our SaaS email marketing platform. We are 100% independent, 100% remote and are growing rapidly.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we’re looking for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team.

These are the positions we’re hiring for at the moment.
Senior Software Engineer, BCDC
engineering team
We’re looking for a talented full stack engineer that is experienced on the frontend. You’ll join a collaborative team of engineers responsible for providing in-app business analytics to our creators, building a scalable full-stack framework to power actionable insights used by multiple engineering teams. We’re looking for an engineer who has deep expertise in working with full stack with design and visualization libraries for large datasets, enjoys solving technical challenges at scale, and has a strong desire to share their expertise and knowledge with others. You’ll be working closely with design, product, and engineering to ensure the application’s event data is stored, presented, and visualized effectively and performantly, empowering creators to make informed decisions about their business growth.
Senior Software Engineer, Builders
engineering team
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys creating beautiful experiences and has empathy for the Creators we serve. You will be joining the Builders Squad, which is responsible for building the suite of tools Creators use to build their emails, landing pages, Creator Profile, and more. This squad builds and supports features that directly impact our growth, conversions, and churn.

As an Ecosystem Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing our App Store, developing business opportunities through strategic partnerships, and operationalizing a tiered Partner Program. You will be the voice of Kit to a broad audience, focusing on integration partnerships, particularly within the creator space.
Migration Expert (Contractor)
sales team
We’re hiring for 1-2 part-time contractors or agencies to work with our Implementations Team to migrate new Kit customers from their prior email marketing providers. We’re looking for people that love the tech side of email marketing. Not only should you be able to set up integrations and determine what’s possible with Kit, but you should also have a knack for breaking down the details with our customers to help them make informed decisions.
Head of Legal
operations team
Kit is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to play both a strategic partnership and tactical role to help us accomplish our ambitious goals. In addition to close partnership with the executive team, this role will serve the broader team to share and set decision-making principles, implement scalable processes, and enhance our compliance processes. Our goals are to manage risk, create principles to equip our team to operate within, share legal requirements and business responsibilities, and create deliverables that are compliant with these initiatives.
Don't see a role?
operations team
Don't see a role that aligns with your unique skillset? Share your resume anyway. We're always looking to meet great people who connect with our Mission, Vision and Values. If we uncover an opportunity to work together, we'll be sure to contact you!
Kit is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity in all of its forms, and we hire the best person we can for each role, no matter your personal background. Research tells us that applicants who are female or non-binary, as well as applicants who are people of color, are less likely to apply for roles they do not feel 100% qualified for. If you think you meet more than 50% of our requirements but fewer than 100% of them, please apply. We’re imperfect communicators, so think of our job postings as the starting point for discussion rather than proof that you shouldn’t apply.
Our team of A-players
The team behind Kit are spread around the globe, working remote from over 20 different cities. We only hire, work with, and develop A-players. When you join theKit team, you’ll know that we’ll invest in you as much as possible to help you grow and develop as a human and professional.
Being a fully remote team we’re a highly motivated bunch of people, and many of us are creators ourselves running various side projects in our spare time.
