The Eventbrite app for Kit connects your events to your email list, so every ticket purchase flows straight into Kit with the subscriber data, tags, and purchase history you need to follow up at the right moment.

Whether you’re running a webinar, workshop, conference, or live event, you can sync attendees, track purchases, trigger automations on ticket sales, and embed live event details directly into your emails — all without leaving Kit.

How It Works

1. Install the Eventbrite app and authenticate with your Eventbrite account
2. Select which Eventbrite organization to connect
3. Configure your sync preferences — active ticket buyers, purchase data, and optional historical import
4. Set your tag preferences and custom field mapping
5. New ticket buyers sync to Kit automatically from that point forward

Visual Automations

Once installed, use the Ticket Purchased event node to trigger automations based on ticket activity:

• Choose All Events or a Specific Event
• Optionally filter by All Ticket Types or a Specific Ticket Type

Use cases include welcome sequences for new attendees, post-event follow-ups, and segmenting by ticket tier.

Tags Applied Automatically

• eventbrite — applied to all synced ticket buyers
• eventbrite_event:{name} — per event the attendee registered for
• eventbrite_ticket:{type} — per ticket type purchased
• eventbrite_checked_in — applied when an attendee checks in
• eventbrite_refunded — applied when an order is refunded

Requirements

• A paid Kit account
• An active Eventbrite organizer account with at least one organization

Note: Only one Eventbrite organization can be connected per installation. The integration syncs new data going forward — historical import is available as an optional one-time setting during setup.
